I bought my first set of CHI 5 years ago and have never looked back. In 5 years of daily use i have never had a problem, In the last few weeks the straighteners have become slightly temperamental, occasionally switching themselves off, but i think i have well had my moneys worth out of them and would have absolutely no issue forking out for a replacement!I'm happy, always in every way, with this seller; recommend highly.
